We provide APIs and platforms for WhatsApp messaging, templates, automation, and related digital communication services. Features, availability, and limits may change from time to time.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep account details secure.
Users are responsible for all activity on their accounts.

3. Payments & Refunds

All fees for paid services are due in advance. Most digital service payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in specific cases such as duplicate charges or confirmed technical failures — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for illegal activities, spamming, or to violate privacy or anti-spam laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our IP except as permitted in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Text Mitra and LINERPAY PAYMENT SOLUTION from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms or applicable law. On termination, access to the Service will end and outstanding fees may remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of India.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted with notice. Continued use after modification indicates acceptance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable because services are delivered instantly. We will, however, consider refund requests in limited cases such as technical failures, duplicate charges, or clear processing errors.
